About Me

Hellooooo 👋 I’m so happy you’re here!!

Okay, let’s get one thing straight—we’re basically besties now, so here’s the quick backstory:

I was born and raised in Portland, OR and have always been very active… like, okay fine—unreasonably competitive. I played basketball and volleyball in high school and somehow turned that into a full ride to play volleyball at Weber State University in Utah. We like to say I paved the way for Damian Lillard… but I’m also not trying to expose my age like that 😌

Utah was stunning, but Portland will forever have my heart, so I moved back home after college and did what every responsible adult does—got a 9–5. I proceeded to job hop my way through adulthood because ✨passion✨ was nowhere to be found.

Somewhere in that chaos, I met the love of my life, Sean… at church… I mean, the club 😏

And when I say we moved fast, I mean FAST. “I love you” in a week, moved in after a month, married within a year. Casual. Now we have two boys (8 and 11) who run the show and make life a whole lot louder and a whole lot sweeter.

Rewind to 2018—one year postpartum, stuck in a very boring corporate job, and just wanting to feel like myself again. I started sharing at-home workouts online to connect with other women, and it quickly became the best part of my day. I loved the workouts, the friendships, all of it… but the business side? Meh. Something felt off.

So naturally, I did what any sane person would do—I started sharing everything else too.

Fast forward to 2023: I get laid off from my Regional Director job while on my kids’ spring break. Devastated? Yes. Surprised? Honestly, no. Deep down I knew I was meant for something different.

So I went all in. Like, posting-like-a-madwoman all in. Reels, stories, connecting, building—and within 5 months I grew from 45K to 100K on IG and turned this little corner of the internet into my full-time job.

Oh—and somewhere in there, Sean and I decided to start a podcast (The Kids Are Sleep), because clearly we don’t enjoy free time 😂

Now? I genuinely love what I get to do every single day—sharing life, making people laugh, hopefully making some kind of impact, and yes… getting paid for it too.

And somehow, you ended up here… which makes me really glad you did 🤍
